Native to Central Europe, red cabbage was highly prized in the Middle Ages for its digestive benefits. Its sprouted seeds have a sweet taste and their amazing purplish-red color will beautifully decorate your dishes.

Their strengths :

• Sips of minerals (iron, manganese, calcium, potassium...), they alkalize the tissues and energize the body in depth. It is a first choice food for vegetarians, vegan and people with a tendency to anemia.

• Sprouted red cabbage contains up to 40 times more vitamins C and E than adult vegetable ! It also contains vitamin K, essential for good coagulation and bone density as well as pregnancy. Rich in vitamins of group B, it promotes proper nervous and intestinal balance and improves cognitive functions. It also prevents the risks of vitamin B12 deficiencies.
