Raw chili

Recipe for 4 people

Soak 1 cup of green lentils for one night and let them germinate for 2 days.

Finely cut:

  • 1 onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 capsicum or 1 yellow zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 dried tomatoes rehydrated by soaking

Add:

  • 4 tbsps of olive oil
  • 2 tbsps of tamari sauce

For the sauce, mix with the blender:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1⁄2 tsp of chili
  • 1 tsp of psyllium
  • Salt and pepper

Add the lentils to the vegetable mix, pour the sauce over and mix well!
