Place in the blender:
- 300 ml of hot water (60°)
- 150g fresh coconut flesh
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 1 cm fresh ginger root
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 2 pinches of cumin, curry and turmeric
- 1 pinch of lemongrass
- 1⁄2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp of tamari
- 3 pinches of pepper
