Secure payment service
Biovie has chosen Scellius from La Banque Postale as a secure online payment service.
Scellius is based on SIPS (Secure Internet Processing Services) technology and the 128-bit SSL protocol that guarantees the security of the transaction.
At no time during the payment Biovie will have access to your Credit Card numbers and codes.Â
Entering bank details
The SSL form for entering bank details is displayed on the screen.Â
The obligations of LA POSTE take effect from the validation of your payment.Â
If the payment is not made at this stage, the procedure for activating your contract will be suspended.Â
The presence of one of the symbols at the bottom right of your browser window informs you of the secure nature of the transaction.Â
- Carefully and confidently enter the number and validity date of your credit card.Â
- Also enter the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram located on the back of your credit card, on the signature panel.
- Click Validate.Â
This information is then encrypted and transmitted to your bank for verification and validation of the payment. Upon receipt of authorization from the bank, your payment is recorded. Your receipt will then be displayed on the screen. Click on the "Back to Shop" button to arrive at the order confirmation page.
If your transaction is declined ?
A transaction can be declined for several reasons :
- The authorization request was refused by your bank (you have incorrectly entered the number or validity date of your credit card, your bank account is not funded, you have exceeded the authorized limit for your credit card...).
- The payment system has encountered problems connecting with your bank (you are immediately informed and invited to renew the transaction later).Â
Your proof of payment
The receipt present on the screen and also available in printable version (format .pdf), it constitutes your proof of payment. A payment confirmation email is also sent to you instantly to the email address you provided to us at registration.
