We do no longer introduce mung beans, seeds, which are very easy to germinate. It is the most used seeds as sprouted seeds with Alfafa.
They are part of the seeds coming from legumes:
* they have a high power of repletion.
* they contain between 23 to 32% of raw proteins.
* they contain potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper, folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic.
